Carmen Alexander is a Loan Officer with Colonial Companies. Alexander is a highly experienced mortgage finance professional with more than 10 years of helping borrowers with their home loan needs. She specializes in all of Colonial’s home loan programs including Conventional, VA, First-Time Homebuyers, Refinance, Bond Loans and more.

Alexander has a vast and all-encompassing background in the mortgage process, having worked with customers on hundreds of loan applications throughout her career. She understands the importance of strong communication, compassion and attention to detail in helping her clients. She believes that providing a unique home-buying experience to her clients is what it takes to make homeownership dreams a reality.

Alexander has a wonderful family and her grandchildren are a huge part of her life. She enjoys outdoor activities, camping, horseback riding and volunteering throughout her community.
