Panelists:
Jarrett Nobles is Director, Business Development with the Los Angeles Chargers. At the Chargers, Nobles uses his varied experiences to excel in the areas of business development, sponsorship marketing and brand management for the NFL franchise. Prior to joining the Chargers, he spent two seasons as Director of Global Corporate Partnership Development with the Cleveland Cavaliers and three seasons as a Corporate Partnership Account Manager for the Houston Astros. A native of the Washington, D.C. area, Nobles received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Florida A&M University and Master of Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies, Marketing from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Greer Christian is Senior Manager, Community Relations at Charles Schwab and serves as a Vice President and Treasurer for BSPNTX. Christian has positioned and advised top organizations as leaders in areas of financial management, strategic planning and social impact. During her career, the Louisiana native has operated multi-million dollar businesses executing excellence through sales, operations, philanthropy, sponsorship and marketing management at Charles Schwab, Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase and Citibank. Christian feeds her passion by helping others to achieve their dreams through business management and investment strategy consulting at Vigilant Management Group. She advises startups and midsize businesses to scale via comprehensive strategic planning and business analysis. Also, Christian pours into the next generation of entrepreneurs as an adjunct professor at the Texas Christian University Neeley School of Business Entrepreneurship and Innovation program. Christian received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Grambling State University and Master of Arts degree in Sports and Entertainment Management and Marketing from the University of Dallas. She has obtained Graduated Marketing, Master Negotiation and Financial Planning certificates from Southern Methodist University. Very active in the community, Christian serves on several boards, competes in rowing and is a spin fitness coach.
Moderator:
Wesley Nakwaasah is an Associate Manager of Sponsorships with Keurig Dr Pepper and serves as Sponsorship & Fundraising Chair for BSPNTX. Prior to joining KDP, Nakwaasah worked in the sponsorship space at Conference USA, The Marketing Arm, Lagardére Plus, and the National Football League Players Association. A former student-athlete, he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from Midwestern State University and his Master of Professional Studies degree in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University.
